Summerfest 40 laps $3000 To-Win at Winchester Speedway Set for June 8th, 2013

Winchester, TN (05/29/2013)- Winchester Speedway in Winchester, TN will have Summerfest $3000 To-Win 40 laps for the Super Late Model event on June 8th, 2013, featuring a $3000 to-win 40 lap super late race.

On Saturday June 8th, 2013 Summerfest action will get underway as gates will open at 3pm, cars entering to race must be entered by 6 pm. Drivers meeting will take place at 6 pm and hot laps and racing will follow after the drivers meeting. Classes Racing Will Include Super Late Model $3000 To-Win, Two Barrel Late Models $700 To-Win, Modified Stock $300 To-Win (10+ cars), Street Stock $200 To-Win (10+ Cars), and Mini Stock $300 To-Win (10+ Cars)

Super Late Models will qualify and run heat races to determine starting position for the feature. There will also be a last chance race to determine the final starting positions. There will be a $100 entry fee for the super late models, those that fail to make the feature will receive half their entry fee back.

 Super Late Model Tire Rule: rear tires only Hoosier 1600 shoulder plate , LM 40, American Racer 56. One (1) Hardness/Tire Option other than a Hoosier 1600 or American Racer 56. Must punch no less than 50 after qualifying and have id.# number.  NO CONDITIONERS OR CHEMICALS ALLOWED

2 Barrel Late Models will qualify on Saturday.

All other classes will run heat races to determine starting positions for the feature event. Raceivers will be Mandatory for all classes.

Admission for Saturday’s June 8th event will be $15 for Grandstands, Kids 12 and Under Free and Pit Admission will be $30, Kids 6-12 $10.

April 29th, 2013

Winchester Speedway will have an Open Practice this Thursday May 2nd, 2013 from 6 to 9pm. Gates will open at 5pm and $10 Pit admission & $10 Per Car.

Raceivers will be required for practice and you must have them in order to practice.

Winchester Speedway will be Closed this upcoming weekend May 4th, 2013 due to the Annual Dogwood Festival in the City of Winchester. Winchester will return to racing action next weekend May 11th, 2013

Races Have been Canceled due to a Rain Out.

Winchester Speedway continues to roll out great racing each and every Saturday night.
